Building a new home is exciting but building during a global pandemic can make things a little more challenging than anticipated.

When our clients relocated from out of state in 2020, they began this gorgeous new home construction project in Eureka, MO. While there were certainly challenges, there were also a lot of unique opportunities to incorporate some of the latest design demands that popped up during the pandemic.

From spaces for remote learning to special "Zoom Room" details, our clients were able to make the most out of a challenging time!

This custom home build in Chesterfield, MO provided our team with a unique opportunity to collaborate with a very talented interior designer - who was also our client!

The homeowners came to us to build a custom home with an old-world feel. They wanted a home that would feel open, spacious, family-friendly, and elegant with lots of natural light. They also wanted a style that fit the St. Louis aesthetic.

Tudor Revival homes have been a staple in the St. Louis region, and while some Tudor homes are dark and heavy in their design, Hibbs Homes worked with the client and their architect to build a home that blended traditional and modern design elements to achieve a light, bright, energizing space.

This high-quality custom home was built by Hibbs Homes in The Forest at Pevely Farms in Eureka, MO. As a nod to the natural beauty that surrounds this property, the 2,600 square foot floorplan features decorative timber accents and stone on the exterior and interior.

The home was custom-designed for the lot and the community, featuring an incredible view of the community's pond. Visitors and residents in the community are welcomed with a quiet drive through hundreds of tall cedar trees lining the entry. Wooded home sites back to West Tyson County Park and some lots have bluff views overlooking the Meramec River Valley.

This luxury Mediterranean-style home was built by Hibbs Luxury Homes in Town and Country, Missouri. Our clients were looking for a home that would be unique and distinguished from other architecture in the St. Louis area.

This custom home spans 4,700 square feet of living space or 6,500 square feet with finished basement space. The home has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in all, and features intricate details throughout.

This custom ranch home that we built in Ladue, MO for our clients was done in a beautiful brick and stone ranch-style. It incorporates many high-performance home construction features that make it more durable, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient than conventionally built new homes.

We worked very closely with our clients to make sure their new home was built to their specifications, using state of the industry building technology. The homeowners said, "I would tell people they were crazy to build with anyone else… he (Kim) was great."
